A film made by a Tuvan student got into a special program of international ecological cinematic festival

A short movie “Citizen of the World”, made by 17-year-old Denis Yadykin, a student of Kyzyl Roads and Transportation institute, was selected into a special program of the XIV Internationa festival of Ecological Films “Green Vision-2009”. An official announcement was sent from the organizing committee to the address of the director of the “Dersu Uzala” foundation, Svetlana Munzuk.

“I am very happy for Denis, - said Svetlana Munzuk, - He is a very talented and enthusiastic person. And mainly – he has an immeasurable love of nature. He never goes anywhere in nature without his cameras. He is great at catching the right moment. Then he does the cutting and editing of his films himself. Altogether, he is a universalist.”

Denis Yadykin’s film was elected the winner of the Third Festival of Children’s and Youths’Screen Arts Creativity, “The Living Footprints of Dersu”. The film will be shown in Saint Petersburg in the cinema center “Rodina” on November 26, at 12.00 hours.
