 A large-scale priority project 'Available and Comfortable Housing to People of Russia' has been launched in the country to solve one of the most urgent problems - shortage of the housing, when several generations of the family with 5-7 members have to live under one roof in a one-room flat. Within the framework of this project huge investments are to be put into the housing construction all over Russia. As city alexistration press-service reports, 231 families will move to separate new flats in 2006 in Kyzyl. Over 130 thousand metres of housing will be erected in the Tuvan capital. Over 1 million rouble is required to donate house acquisition by the priviledged categories of residents - young families, labour and law veterans, invalids.
