General Anatoli Kvashnin, ex-Russian Army chief of Staff, currently President's Representative in the Siberian region, has come to Tuva for a 3-days visit. The aim of this long-awaited trip is to find the future growth points of Tuva in order to turn a highly-donated Russian region into a self-financed one. Kvashnin is accompanied in this visit by a group of experts and high-ranking officials. 
The Round table on possible cooperation of media and local authorities in their efforts to make life of Tuvan people better, initiated by Tuva-Online news agency, took place in the conference-hall of the State Tuvan TV company. Over 30 journalists, representatives of press-services of the 3 state power branches and political and public leaders participated in the conversation. 'We are boiling in our own pots and such discussions are badly needed!' - said journalists.
