Twenty-four people have been hospitalized in Tuva after a passenger bus, carrying 47 people from Abakan to Kyzyl overturned at 12:35, Moscow time, on Wednesday, Viktor Beltsov, a spokesman for the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations, told Itar-Tass. The bus overturned on its side near the settlement of Sush, Viktor Beltsov said. There were three children among 45 passengers, and two drivers. “Seventeen people were rushed to Kyzyl hospitals, while another seven injured passengers were hospitalized to hospitals of Turan,” he said. Thirteen passengers are in grave condition, Beltsov said. According to early reports, malfunction of the wheel was the cause of the accident.
