Festivals devoted to the tenth anniversary of Abakan-Kyzyl Eparchy of Russian Orthodox Church are being held in Khakasia and Tuva. Then Soviet government liquidated the eparchy. It was restored only in 1995 on appeals of believers, priests and representatives of power.
